Video/Audio of all MPEG1 out of sync ...

We already tried this on multiple Windows systems with MPEG1 from different encoders. When we jump near the end of a video the audio is always out of sync. The same videos play without sync problems in VLC or Windows Media Player. This seems to be a problem of current quicktime player versions. I am using 7.6.4 (518.35 / 1327.73).
