Translator in trouble with QT ...

Hello fellow forum members,

I need help with the following:
I've been sent transcripts as QT Resource files but when I try to save them a message tells me I need to install some components to do so. How can I find out which one to install? I have not encountered this problem before when using QT altho' it is the first time I have used this kind of file.
