upgraded to pro; pro options not enabled ...

SOOOOOO frustrated!

Just upgraded to Quicktime Pro for Windows. Running Vista 32 bit. Plenty of memory, power, etc. Had a current version of free player. Bought upgrade to Pro. Put in reg number and name and Registration window says I am running Pro. But player gives me NO pro options. I uninstalled/reinstalled to no avail. There seems to be NO way to get in touch with anyone at apple. Can't even figure out how to get my money back. So does anyone know what the
